Zachary Lundfelt

Chief Strategy & Admin Officer

Zachary Lundfelt combines experience in government, operations, and analytical research. He currently serves as a Legislative Aide in the Maryland House of Delegates, where he supports legislative strategy, constituent engagement, policy review, and public-sector problem solving. Alongside his government experience, he has held operational leadership roles in the private sector, giving him a practical background in management, organization, and execution. He is currently pursuing his education at Anne Arundel Community College while continuing to build a strong foundation in business, finance, law, and technology.



At Eastern Capital Partners, Zachary is involved in investment research, internal strategy, and analytical development across the firm’s public markets focus. He works on evaluating securities, studying market conditions, refining research processes, and helping build the firm’s broader framework for disciplined capital management. His role reflects a focus on structure, thoughtful analysis, and the long-term development of Eastern Capital Partners as a principled and performance-driven investment group.
